French Toast

There is nothing better than French Toast on a weekend morning. Compliment this delicious meal with fresh fruit, bacon, and a drizzle of honey from Queen Honey. 

Makes 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • ¼ Cup Queen Honey Alfalfa or North Dakota Sweet Clover Honey
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 6 – 8 Slices of Bread
  • Butter

Directions:

  1. Combine Eggs, Milk, Honey, Salt and Cinnamon and blend together
  2. Dip Bread into mixture and fry in Butter coated Frying Pan until golden brown
  3. Enjoy with Maple Syrup or Honey drizzled over your French Toast
